Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner following escalation/reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, entrances, parking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document observations and incidents.
• Maintain a visible professional presence and communicate with site personnel and leadership.
