Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and follow escalation and communication protocols.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs for leadership and site contacts.
