Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of business areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entrances/exits and verify authorized access; report access-control issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following protocol and notify authorities as needed.
• Complete daily activity reports and communicate observations to leadership and client representatives.
