Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, reporting as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, escalating unusual events to site personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and shift documentation, and communicate findings to leadership.
