Qualifications

5+ years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check as required by laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas and entrances.
Monitor access points and observe activity to identify unusual conditions and potential loss-prevention issues.
Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures, notifying appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate activity and incident documentation and communicate information to site leadership.
