Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of offices and perimeter to identify and report issues.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management, verifying credentials and directing guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm professionalism and documentation.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities and incidents for records.
