Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures at a technology infrastructure location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and report irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and critical spaces to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear activity reports and shift handoff information.
