Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• A drug screen will be conducted as allowed by law.
• Guard card/license is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and maintain accurate activity logs and share information with leadership.
