Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation.
