Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Patrol in New Concord, OH. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with team members and visitors.

The role is full-time with a daytime schedule and shifts covering weekends and evenings. A background check and drug screen are required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations following reporting/escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, loading/shipping, parking and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe personnel/vehicle activity; assist with check-in procedures as directed.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
