Job summary

Allied Universal’s Security Officer Patrol role in New Concord, OH involves safeguarding clients across logistics and distribution sites. The position is full-time, with a schedule that includes daytime and evening shifts. A high school diploma, background check, drug screening, and a valid driver’s license where required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) as applicable.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and follow site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with check-in procedures.
• Document observations and communicate with site leadership.
