Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver''s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery‑related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, entry and exit points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site‑specific access‑control procedures.
• Document incidents, unusual activity, and patrol observations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
