Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Property Surveys in Canal Winchester, OH. The role involves monitoring and safeguarding client sites, performing unarmed patrols, and ensuring safe operations at a manufacturing and industrial location.

The position requires providing exceptional customer service, reporting security concerns, and maintaining clear communications with staff, visitors, and vendors. Daytime shifts and a pay rate of $21.09 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial logistics location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, maintaining accurate logs and reports.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel, visitors, and first responders as needed.
