Job summary

Allied Universal, Hershey, PA, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Associate to monitor a food and beverage production site, deliver excellent customer service, deter incidents, and support access control for employees and visitors.

You will perform daytime shifts, patrol production areas and perimeters, document incidents, and respond calmly to alarms per established procedures. Minimums: 18+, high school diploma, background check, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees and visitors while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access control points and manage logs for visitors and contractors.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per emergency protocols.
• Complete detailed shift reports and handoffs.
