Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, document observations, and report incidents.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence.
