Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles; HS diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while enforcing site security procedures at a food/beverage production location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and log visitors and contractors.
• Respond to incidents per emergency protocols and document observations and actions.
