• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and deliveries following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, problem-solving approach and proper reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking, and perimeter to identify hazards and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports and share with leadership and site contacts.
