Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors and employees while following site policies.
• Conduct patrols and monitor access as part of daily security duties.
• Engage in calm, problem-solving responses to incidents and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-yard concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document observations, incidents, and patrol activity.
• Support the orderly flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced distribution environment.
