Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience
• A valid driver’s license as per driver policy requirements
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment
• Driver's license required only for driving positions

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, residents, and tenants while following site procedures and emergency response activities
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and notify appropriate personnel
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate findings to leadership
