Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Suwanee, GA. You will safeguard clients across residential and other sites, performing regular vehicle patrols and providing exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s values.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
At least 1 year of security-related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and community policies.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in residential areas, parking lots, entrances, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity per site policies.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site management, residents, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and daily activities.
