Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer for a commercial building in New York, NY. This full-time position involves patrolling, customer service, access control, and incident response across a dynamic site.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor areas, deter unauthorized activity, verify credentials, and prepare accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check may be required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and parking areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, report policy violations.
• Prepare clear incident reports and logs as required.
