Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet at work, preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferred.
• Access control and badge experience, preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership per policies.
