Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution following procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, lobbies, grounds and parking areas.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following post orders and escalation protocols.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain activity logs for management.
