Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted in accordance with law.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Security license (state/county/city) preferred and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and staff per site procedures and emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas and perimeters to identify issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report unauthorized access to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear reports and keep Allied Universal leadership and property representatives informed.
