Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Technology Support in Honolulu, HI. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report unauthorized access.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate incidents to leadership.
