Job summary

Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Security Officer in a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Visibility role. You will provide customer service to tenants and visitors, conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted in line with federal, state and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and staff by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and access concerns calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, parking facilities and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor and delivery entry procedures.
• Document daily activities, observations and incidents with timely communication to site contacts.
