Job summary

Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) to patrol and protect commercial properties, greet tenants, visitors, and staff, and document observations using our security systems.

You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and generate clear reports. Prior customer service is preferred, and a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property and deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe contractor activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports.
