Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance in Sunnyvale, TX to monitor retail and mall environments, deter incidents, support access control, and deliver professional customer service. This role requires at least one year of security experience, a clean background, and the ability to use a computer or tablet.

The position offers a daytime schedule with full-time hours and competitive pay at $18.54 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention and access-control experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles) and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail and mall areas, including entrances and common areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, hazards, and access concerns and report observations to site leadership.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment and document incidents and daily activities.
