Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Incident Documentation in Dallas, TX. You will patrol, deter incidents, and deliver customer service while maintaining a visible presence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of security experience, and a background check. CPR and Guard Card are preferred. Join a team that values agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a telecommunications and technology location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, equipment areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with proper personnel and responders.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.
