Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX to provide exceptional customer service while patrolling and protecting clients. In this full-time role you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols at a retail location, monitor entrances, respond to incidents, and document activities in alignment with site procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions to management.
• Document incidents and patrol activities according to site procedures.
