Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear reports for incidents and patrol observations.
