Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Dallas, TX. You will monitor assigned areas, provide customer service to tenants and staff, and support access control activities. Join a leading security team committed to integrity and community safety.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident response, and reporting conditions. Minimums: HS diploma, 18+, background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

Experience with access control and badge systems.
Customer service experience preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screen per policy.
Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site policies and emergency procedures.
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property areas including perimeters and lobbies.
Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, access issues, and security conditions.
Assist with access control, visitor direction, and documentation of daily activities.
