Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Armed Patrol Incident Documentation in Dallas, TX. This part-time role involves serving clients at a financial institution, conducting armed patrols, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents.

You will produce incident reports and maintain professional communication with clients and the public. Minimum requirements include 2+ years of security experience and a Texas Level III Armed Certification; CPR is preferred and a high school diploma

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Texas Level III Armed Certification required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution; follow security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and law enforcement as required.
• Complete accurate incident reports and logs while maintaining professional communication with clients and the public.
