Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Dallas, TX. You will safeguard clients across industries, performing routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and reporting security concerns. This role emphasizes professional customer service and clear communication to support a welcoming environment.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour. Schedule includes several day/evening shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports per site requirements.
