Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in ALA MOANA, HI to safeguard guests and staff at a luxury retail location. You will monitor entry points, deter incidents, and respond to security concerns with professionalism while delivering excellent customer service.

As a full-time role, you will participate in daytime and evening shifts, complete incident documentation, and follow site procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures and responding to emergencies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas, stock rooms, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document security activities per site procedures.
