Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Honolulu, HI. You will patrol a premier retail location, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to guests and staff. Strong communication and situational awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law; drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state; driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter theft and incidents.
• Monitor access points and report concerns per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports.
