Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard (Full Time Unarmed Observation Patrol) in Honolulu, HI. You will perform unarmed patrols at a luxury retail location, ensuring safety and a high level of customer service while following site policies.

The role requires 18+ years old for unarmed work, HS diploma or equivalent, and successful background/drug checks where permitted. Daytime shifts and a competitive hourly rate support a stable schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures in a luxury retail environment.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate findings to site leadership.
