Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Background investigation and drug screening are required by law.
• Licensing may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization as directed; maintain patrol documentation.
• Communicate incidents and observations professionally with site personnel and leadership.
