Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation may be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document observations and incidents.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts and emergency responders.
