Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the technology-focused location including interior, exterior, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions to staff.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.
