Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology-focused facilities to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow escalation/reporting procedures.
• Monitor access activity and visitor movement to deter unauthorized entry and support orderly operations.
• Document patrol observations and maintenance or access concerns and communicate to site contacts and leadership.
