Job summary

Allied Universal is looking for a Security Officer Incident Reporting Patrol in Lexington, KY. This part-time role involves patrolling the site, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, monitoring access points, and documenting observations. Minimum requirements emphasize diploma, background check, and occasional drug screening.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific access control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff information in accordance with Allied Universal requirements.
