Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer to provide customer service and security presence at our Shepherdsville, KY location. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while upholding site policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies; respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the premises, entrances, parking areas, and designated locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity per site requirements.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
