Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, exterior grounds, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery driver sign-in procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in accordance with site requirements, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
