Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Memphis, TN to monitor and safeguard client sites. You will patrol retail locations, deter incidents, assist customers, employees, and visitors while upholding Allied Universal’s values of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check as per laws and drug screen as per policy.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors following site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly, handling disturbances and emergencies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location and surrounding areas.
• Monitor entrances/exits and report suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs as required by procedures.
