Qualifications

• At least 1 year of armed security or related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Guard card/license is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and utility personnel following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and access concerns, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel and vehicles entering restricted areas.
• Maintain reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation per site procedures.
