Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Columbus, OH. You will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and support access control while delivering outstanding customer service to employees and visitors.

You will use computers or tablets to document activities, follow site procedures, and respond calmly to incidents, ensuring safety and security at a food and beverage location.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility and monitor entrances and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or policy violations to site contacts.
• Maintain an orderly environment and deter unauthorized access through professional presence.
