Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; maintain security logs and reports.
• Report hazards and policy violations to site personnel to maintain an orderly environment.
