Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors, following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of manufacturing areas, grounds, parking, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain incident logs.
• Identify hazards or facility issues and report to appropriate personnel.
