Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor/contractor activity per site requirements; document observations.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following emergency procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications.
